A few weeks ago when I was pretty down I decided that if I spent a little money I might feel better...lol. Sooooo, I bought myself an iPad. Today I took it into the garden and snapped a few pictures.
I have several green tomatoes but no red ones yet.
The oak leaf hydrangea is in full bloom.
And speaking of neglect. This is what a potager looks like when the gardener is battling cancer. To say I have a few weeds to pull is an understatement. I will just do what I can when I can. There is always next year.
Until next time,

I am not surprised the potager looks abandoned, you have had much more serious things to think about. Your flowers are looking lovely. Green tomatoes...... my seedlings have not been planted out yet!!!!
Thanks so much for you kind thoughts and condolences, much appreciated. Take care, Diane
Your hydrangeas are lovely!! Your potager will have it's time when you are all well and have your strength back! So hard to do when you have had chemo and radiation. As much as I love to garden it is hard work! Some days I don't have the strength to go out and dig in the dirt. So glad you did get out and enjoy your flowers and green tomatoes! I rarely plant veggies as we have soo many critters that come and dine in the garden. I usually am just feeing them! Did you get buckets of rain last night like we did? Stay well!
