Monday of this week we got a dusting of snow. For those of us in Oklahoma that like snow this is a big deal. This winter we have not received enough snow to even cover the ground. I was so excited to see a little snow that I had to go outside and snap a few pictures of the little bit that had landed on a few of my plants.

I feel everyone needs a passion and I am very passionate about my garden. I live on 1.5 acres and spend most of my free time in one of the 6 garden areas in my yard. My hobby is quilting. When the weather is too hot, too cold, too wet or I'm just tired of the yard I quilt. I am a 60ish wife/mother/grandmother, married to my soul mate for 40+ years. I have 2 daughters, 2 granddaughters and 5 cats. I am retired and living the good life in Oklahoma.
