Fertilizer Friday - Cyclamen and Bird of Paradise

Welcome to Fertilizer Friday-Flaunt Your Flower.  Thank you Tootsie for hosting the event.

I found 2 surprises in my greenhouse recently.

My Bird of Paradise is blooming AGAIN!  This picture was taken on Christmas Eve so that makes 4 times it bloomed last year.  I cut the bloom and it still looks good in my bathroom today.  You will also notice a beautiful Rex Begonia in a clay pot and the very serrated plant is a papaya.

This cyclamen has such a pretty deep red bloom.
Now, pop on over to Tootsie Time to see what else is blooming in January.
Until next time,

Oh that bird of paradise is so wonderful. I fell in love with those as a child when I lived in Hawaii. That's where I would love to be right now to get away from this cold! Your little cyclamen is my favorite color of pink. How wonderful to have a greenhouse especially in this weather..I'm going to put one on my wish list! Sonia

The Bird of Paradise is so pretty, 4 times seems like a lot of blooms! I love Cyclamen too, I think it will overwinter here outdoors but I've never tried it.
