Fertilizer Friday Sept 11, 2009

It's Friday and time to flaunt my flowers.

Come on in. Well actually you wouldn't want to look inside this door, it is my garden shed.
This is the bloom of a Toad Lily that is in the Woodland Garden.  The bloom is the size of a silver dollar.
The Angel Wing Begonias are happy that the 100 degree weather is gone.
Out in the cottage garden the Single Pink Knockout Rosa 'Radcon' has started to bloom again.
The zinnias have reseeded themselves for many years but I believe they are Zinnia Cut and come again. My grandmother always called these Naked Ladies.  They are also called Red Spider Lily.
The Monarchs have arrived. Isn't Plumbago a beautiful blue flower?

There are still Swallowtails everywhere in the cottage garden.

The mums are starting to bloom.
Thank you for visiting my garden and thank you Tootsie for hosting Fertilizer Friday, Flaunt your Flowers.  Check out her website Tootsie Time to see more beautiful blooms.
